It’s very difficult to predict what a large audience will do in the future, Mr. Bezos stated in the video that dates back two decades.
“Try something new and see what happens is the easiest way to determine how consumers may behave in the future,” he continued. Many companies, in my opinion, get that wrong. They spend too much time debating the behaviour of customers when, by the time they finish debating, they could have just done it and observed the results.”
