Chandni Bar, Bollywood’s gritty cult hit, is receiving a fresh lease of life! The National Award-winning film, which established Tabu as a star performer and exposed the dark underbelly of Mumbai’s pub dancer culture, has found a new home. Sudipto Sen, best known for The Kerala Story, has bought the rights to Madhur Bhandarkar’s 2001 masterpiece, and he’s supposedly working on a sequel.
