On Monday morning, the Delhi police received a call reporting the sighting of a ‘unidentified flying object’ over Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence.
“Information was received regarding drone flying in the no-fly zone above the Prime Minister’s residence. At 5.30 in the morning, the Special Protection Group (SPG) alerted the police, according to Delhi police.
A senior officer claimed that neither the Air Traffic Control (ATC) nor the police or other security services discovered anything unusual.
“A report of an unusual flying object close to the residence of the PM was received at the NDD control centre. The immediate region was thoroughly searched, but no sign of the object was found. ATC was notified as well, but they were unable to find any such flying object.
