Emmanuel Macron, the French president, said today that he “hates the debate” about the worth of “Jewish lives” and “Palestinian lives,” and that “civilians in Gaza must be protected first.”
“I despise this debate that divides people and says, ‘For me, Jewish lives are more important,’ or ‘For me, Palestinian lives are more important.” “This is insane,” Macron remarked during a visit to Kazakhstan’s capital.
“All lives matter in this world,” he remarked in English. Civilians in Gaza “have nothing to do with the terrorist attacks,” he said.
According to Israeli sources, Hamas terrorists murdered 1,400 people, primarily civilians, when they stormed the Gaza border into Israel on October 7 and captured 240 prisoners.
