Overtaking Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Gautam Adani’s Adani Realty has secured a Rs 30,000 crore project in Mumbai. In the 24-acre Bandra-Worli rehabilitation project, which is owned by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), the business submitted the highest proposal.
