Defence Minister Rajnath Singh concluded his visit to the UKfollowing a “warm meeting” with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and an interaction with Indian expatriates at a community reception.
Rajnath Singh met with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at 10 Downing Street on Wednesday evening to discuss a wide range of bilateral defence and economic issues. During the meeting, he also presented a Ram Darbar statue to Rishi Sunak, Britain’s first Hindu Prime Minister. UK National Security Adviser (NSA) Sir Tim Barrow was also present.
“Had a very warm meeting with the UK Prime Minister, Shri Rishi Sunak, in London,” Rajnath Singh stated on social media.
