Anand Mahindra, an industrialist, is a social media enthusiast who shares interesting stories and popular subjects with his 10.8 million followers. Mr. Mahindra recently shared a video of a five-year-old girl being saved from a borewell in the Rajgarh village of Pipliya Rasoda, Madhya Pradesh, on X, the former Twitter platform. Both NDRF and SDRF were able to save the child. Concurring, the industrialist wrote that, in contrast to the Uttarakhand tunnel rescue operation, not much attention was paid to the incident. The girl’s parents, however, felt as though “their whole world was about to disappear.”
