In a phone chat with Israeli President Isaac Herzog, US Vice President Kamala Harris underlined the need to “increase stability and security” in the West Bank region and “hold extremist settlers accountable for violent acts,” according to a White House statement.
On Tuesday (local time), Harris spoke with Herzog on the latest events in Gaza and the West Bank, as the Israeli military increased its ground operations, moving farther in Gaza.
