Anil Kumble, the former captain of India and current head coach, is glad that KKR spinner Varun Chakravarthy is back in his element now that his technical problems with his movement and the speed of his deliveries have been fixed.
Chakravarthy, who played in the T20 World Cup in 2021, had two good IPL seasons in 2020 and 2021 in which he took as many as 25 wickets.Last season, though, he didn’t do as well. He only took six wickets in 11 games and gave up nearly nine runs per over.Varun is one of the guys who has been doing really well.
