Sergey Lavrov, the foreign minister of Russia, arrives in Goa for the 2023 SCO Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. “Today, an important bilateral meeting between EAM Jaishankar & the Chinese FM is scheduled for today before the SCO meeting starts tomorrow,” according to Times Now. As Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is expected to attend the SCO Summit today, the atmosphere in Goa is still tense. The delegation from Pakistan will be led by Bhutto.
