On Sunday, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar talked with his Iranian colleague Hossein Amirabdollahian over the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. The two leaders emphasised the necessity of averting further escalation in the area as well as delivering critical humanitarian assistance.
They also promised to keep in touch in order to handle the changing situation in West Asia.
