Gordon Moore, the co-founder of Intel and the man behind Moore’s Law, died peacefully at his home in Hawaii on March 24, 2023. He was surrounded by his loved ones. Moore co-founded Intel in 1968 with his longtime colleague Robert Noyce, and he was instrumental in the company’s growth and success. He began as executive vice president before being elected president in 1975.
