Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, said that his “recovery is going well” following knee surgery in November of last year.
While getting ready for an impending mixed martial arts (MMM) competition, he hurt himself. The band of tissue that connects the thigh to the shin bone is called the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), and he tore it. Five months following the surgery, Mr. Zuckerberg is now at last starting to find his footing.
He also just posted a video on Instagram that details his recuperation process. “Five months after surgery. I’m recovering nicely and am beginning to regain my strength. I’m eager to gradually resume training in the upcoming months. Thank you for your love and support,” the caption said.
