Shiv Sena UBT leader Sanjay Raut said on Thursday that Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is the villain of the state’s politics and is responsible for the Bharatiya Janata Party’s poor performance in the state, adding that his offer to step down from the deputy CM post is nothing more than a “gimmick”.Such gimmicks are typical in politics…Maharashtra rejected Fadnavis’ leadership.Devendra Fadnavis is the villain of Maharashtra politics; the BJP suffered a setback in Maharashtra as a result of him…he poisoned Maharashtra’s political culture, and he is now paying the price,” Sanjay Raut told ANI in an interview.
