At the 69th National Film Awards on Thursday, The Kashmir Files, starring Anupam Kher, took home the Nargis Dutt Award for Best Feature Film on National Integration. Anupam Kher, an actor, responded to the wonderful news by writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, “NATIONAL AWARD: I’m happy and thrilled that #TheKashmirFiles earned the renowned and significant Nargis Dutt award for the best feature film on national integration. I’m ecstatic by this acknowledgment for our movie, both as an executive producer and a performer in it. I also wished I had been recognised for my acting.
