Once, Gates said:
While it’s acceptable to celebrate achievement, it’s more crucial to learn from mistakes.
We mistakenly believe that success is an all-or-nothing proposition and that anything less than that constitutes failure. Unfortunately, this idea encourages a fear of failure and deters attempts. Accepting a more complex definition of success can free us from this anxiety and give us the confidence to take risks and pursue our objectives from a wider angle.
