After more than 20 years, renowned television actress and Union Minister Smriti Irani made a significant comeback to the fashion industry. Irani garnered attention on social media when she walked the ramp barefoot during her appearance at Bombay Fashion Week. Her appearance was widely reported as a fusion of tradition and contemporary, and it was her first time back on the catwalk since her modelling career started in the 1990s.
