This week, Russian border districts were again invaded by pro-Kyiv militias made up of Russians opposed to the Kremlin, and they were the focus of deadly Ukrainian bombardments.
In remarks broadcast live on television, Putin stated, “The enemy’s strikes do not and will not go unpunished” during a meeting with his security council.
