The Mandi Lok Sabha constituency in Himachal Pradesh is set to be contested fiercely, with Congress nominating state minister Vikramaditya Singh, the titular monarch of the ancient princely state of Bushahr, to face BJP candidate and star Kangana Ranaut.
Kangana Ranaut, on the other side, is counting on the backing of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Jai Ram Thakur, as well as the party’s win in all nine assembly constituencies within the parliamentary constituency.
