Nirmala Sitharaman, the Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs, will visit GIFT City on Saturday and take part in a G20 summit in Gandhinagar.According to a statement from the government, Sitharaman will first attend the G20 meeting of the Joint Finance and Health Ministers at Mahatma Mandir, where Mansukh Mandaviya, the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Chemicals and Fertilisers, is also anticipated to be present.
Sitharaman will then go to the IFSC Gift City to observe how it operates.
