IPL 2023: Priyam Garg is acquired by the Delhi Capitals to replace Kamlesh Nagarkoti
On Sunday, the Delhi Capitals announced Priyam Garg as Kamlesh Nagarkoti’s injured replacement. Due to a lower back stress fracture, DC fast bowler Nagarkoti will miss the rest of the IPL 2023.
“Batter Priyam Garg of Uttar Pradesh has been selected to replace Nagarkoti, and DC has signed him for his base salary of INR 20 lakh. The offensive hitter was selected by Sunrisers Hyderabad for the first time in 2020 and played in 21 IPL games for SRH over three seasons, according to an IPL media release.
