Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed the opposition INDIA group on Monday, calling its leaders “cowards” who were “scared of Pakistan’s nuclear power”. Addressing an electoral rally in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur Lok Sabha constituency, PM Modi made an apparent allusion to a recent comment by National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah, but did not mention him by name. “The INDIA bloc seems to have leaders who are scared of Pakistan and have nightmares of its nuclear power,” he stated. The statements follow Mr Abdullah’s comments about Pakistan possessing atomic weapons and not wearing bangles. “If Pakistan refuses to wear bangles, we will force it to do so. I knew they didn’t have food grains.
