Nirmala Sitharaman, the Union Finance Minister, stated on Wednesday that Chandrayaan-3’s success will have a significant effect on India’s technical and industrial ecosystem.
The Union Minister informed the House during his speech in the Rajya Sabha on the Chandrayaan-3 mission of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
With the assistance of the USSR, we launched our first satellite, Aryabhatta, in 1975. Chandrayaan-3’s success will now have a significant effect on India’s industrial and technical ecosystem. Aryabhatta, our first satellite, was launched with assistance from the Soviet Union, but as of today, we have launched 431 foreign spacecraft for other nations through July 2023, according to Ms. Sitharaman, who made the announcement in the Upper House.
