Archana Puran Singh recently had an accident while filming a production in Mumbai. The actor was sent to Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital in Vile Parle, Mumbai, after suffering a serious injury. She apologised to Rajkummar Rao in her most recent vlog for abandoning the shoot in the middle.
