Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the former captain of Team India, has filed a criminal complaint against his former business partners in a sports company, alleging they defrauded him of over ₹ 15 crore by failing to honour a contract, according to his lawyer. Regarding a 2017 business transaction, a complaint has been filed in Ranchi court against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwas of Aarka Sports and Management Limited.
According to reports, Mr. Diwakar and Mr. Dhoni inked an agreement in 2017 to establish cricket academies in India and overseas under the cricket player’s name. However, the complaint claims that he violated the terms stated in the contract.
