He said on X, “Happy birthday to former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh Ji.” I wish that he has a long and healthy life.” Mr Singh was India’s prime minister from 2004 to 2014, and he served as finance minister in the cabinet of P V Narasimha Rao from 1991 to 1996, an era of radical economic reform.
