Peoples Democratic Party head Mehbooba Mufti stated on Sunday that her party is willing to back a Congress-National Conference (NC) combination in the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir polls as long as they agree to the PDP’s agenda. “The people of Jammu and Kashmir have told the BJP administration through the Lok Sabha elections that there are problems in the state, and that eliminating Article 370 has made matters worse…Whenever we collaborated with any party, we had a reason, an agenda—what we needed to achieve…That is why I stated that if Congress accepts our program, we would back them,” Mehbooba Mufti told reporters.
